1. Who pays for the visit?

• Insurance coverage or use a HSA/FSA card payment or a cash based payment plan.

• Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Highmark and Aetna plans: 

Please call your plan to make sure they cover "Registered Dietitian Nutritional Counseling Services".   Most nutrition visits are coverage but not all  plans cover nutritional services. ​​

If I do not take your insurance plan, a Superbill will be given for you to turn in to your insurance for coverage.

• I do not take Medicare or Medicaid.  Medicare will only cover limited visits for diabetes care, kidney disease and kidney transplant intervention.  So, if you do not have these diagnoses, Medicaid will not cover nutrition counseling.

2. Choose your day and time from the scheduler below:

• Telehealth appointments are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and limited Saturdays.​

3. After scheduling the appointment:

• Expect an "Opt-in" email and text messages once you have booked an appointment. 

• You will receive the appointment confirmation, shared documents to sign BEFORE the appointment will need to be completed.
