Weight Loss Wellness Plan

1. Eating Patterns and Behaviors: 

Check in on eating attitudes and behaviors that can lead to weight gain and weight reduction.   Eating enough verses checking out while eating and then getting stuffed.  You learn how to eat when you were a child and now is your chance to learn how to eat again!

2. Accountability:

Having an nutrition and eating behaviorist expert work with you. No shaming. No weight bias. Just caring about YOU.


3. Meal Planning:

Find ways to use foods you love and add some new and healthy options that you can plan and prepare to feed yourself.   Use an HYN meal planner and recipe finder to plan for your week.

4. Meet weekly or every two weeks for 2-3 months:

In-person or telehealth options to check weight and check on your macro and micronutrients using NutritionIX food intake assessment.  HYN can refer you for weight loss medication provider as needed.
